My name is Simon Perez. Im a chef and food designer. I have a background in the traditional restaurant business, but are currently working in a future living lab called SPACE10, there im spending my time imagining how a bright future of food could look like.
I leave a strong emphasis on the visual presentation, consistency in taste, texture and comfort, and social interactions and familiarity.
